Did you read the info that tells you to place your luggage first? If that still doesn't help, you're too stupid to interact with an exclamation sign and this game might be too hard for you. And then it's not "Game does not work" it's "Player does not work" and you should pick a skyscRough Sexr for yourself. PEACE!
Many others seem to get it right somehow.
I made two attempt to find her Key Card and both times I found it but the game did not let me pick it up, not sure if there is a step i need to do before I can finish this task, but for me I was unable to pick up her Key Card on the Poolside Chair as well unable to pick up the card on the Ledge by the garage.
During the lost and found quest unable to pick up card key. Found glasses picked up. Found book picked up. Unable to pick up cardkey
