Well that depends on a multitude of reasons, but the most likely answer is your phone doesn't have enough available space to install the game since the size of the apk is 1.72gb.
Review overview: Melody is a an adult VN that focuses more on story and character development than on the lewd content. Melody can sometimes feel like a chore to play through. Yet, the great story and characters still make this VN worth it.
Ive actually had this problem before when installing any apk never found a solution but a simple google search wouldnt hurt. Maybe you can find something i didnt.
Just a advice: Don't Play the compressed version it really undermine the quality, art and overally enjoyment of this game.
sometimes an update renders old saves incompatible so you gotta start over from scratch
i doubt dots will go to steam, since steam is notorious for screwing over indie devs
