cg stands for computer graphic as far as I know, so I think you only get the art of the game.
the incest patch makes certain characters part of your family, so your Landlord will become your father, his Wife your mother, your roommates brother and sisters.
What are the morality points for? The walkthrough only says which choices gives or takes one.
