No and i guess we won't get that option for at least a couple more updates
This is one of those games that it's best to skip a few updates before playing again. So last update I played was 0.19, I'm not going to try it again until it's at 0.23

That's not exactly true. Last few updates were fairly good and it was worth playing them (personal expirience), but this is truly not worth it, because i (and others) can't see anything new on the table. The change log says what is new, but nothing from this is triggered in game
Not in a year, but couple of months, but yeah, this last update is disappointing

A lot of grind and teasing. Characters look good and story is ok.
