Thing is, the "old hags" in Gradma's House mostly look like 40 year old former pinups, and all of it's optional.
I got to that point and I was not forced into it. In fact I was able to avoid all lewd scene that did not involve Erik. She was the only one I enabled. It was a test playthrough to see what would happen if I denied every girl except one.
So they removed incest in the new update for part 2. It was a good game till they made it worst with the new updates to the story, your family is just a bunch of clones now. The old story was better than this shit
This AVN does something that so few AVNs do: Actual meaningful choices. Specifically I am referring to what happens if you speak to the MCs father. You find out a secret that actually changes the meaning of at least one relationship! If you dont talk to him you never find out!
