The dev warned everyone not to start a new game with this version because of the bugs he still hasn't fixed. You need an old save from at least the last two versions.
Just another warning. Do not start a new game with this version, the developer stated it. He couldn't fix all the bugs. He was under pressure from his patrons to release it anyway. This is only to see the new content - Lucy (mother) quest. Which is really hot!
