You can't no matter what you do she ends up killing him.
The only big changes in game you can make are to either get into a relationship or not and if you do, be careful of your choices.
Other than that, nothing you do will impact the story.

Good game, good graphics, plenty of sex. Choices only affect game a little, mostly you end up having sex with all of the girls, regardless of choices. Basically, you share a dorm room with your sister, and she's a slut, but she loves you and helps you get laid. There are scenes of NTR, including watching your sister have sex with guys and girls. MC dates and has sex with several school girls, including a couple of MILFs. I would prefer more control over MCs action and dialogue.

Emm, I guess it's fine but mostly completely meaningless choices kinda make it less engaging - since it turns out into clicking whatever. Also renders are not really the best quality and animations are rather primitive (but maybe dev didn't have H/W to render in higher resolution with much more detail). If choices actually really mattered - it would be one one of better games, not it kinda drowns in-between other okay games.
