"Personal Trainer" has a black gilf and a very dark skinned ebony fitness chick. "Straitened Times" has a couple of hot black milfs, but the game is very grindy. "Simple Life" is a long harem game where one of the breeding concubines is a black woman. There are many more samples, but black women in those are all minor side characters. Aside from "Old Friends and Public Transports" I don't know any good fap games where the ebony females are the main focus.
If you are into medieval fantasy, Vae Victis: Khan has a big booty black chick and one ebony teen to bang. Plus it has a nice selection of real and fantasy races available for sex.
Even when I'm a bit racist, I always felt that many black women are very hot (especially black milfs with decent looking face and body), but the problem with this game is that MC is such a wuss.
The game has a few ok sex scenes with black babes, but the game as a whole is very unfinished and abandoned. MC is annoying weakling. 2Ā½/5.
