Place in Game Folder each time. Im not sure if the Patch changes with each update, but I download it with each update and if it requires to be unpacked, after you do this place in game folder of the update. Other things to know are if the new update does not auto grab your saves from the most recent game you played you can copy the SAVE folder and as well place in the new update game folder. Also be clear that sometimes old saves are not compatable and a new game is needed to play the update.
