i mean a nearly 1 gb file with an empty folder is suspicious imo, u get the ie file for setup info, a .exe file to start the game (wont start) and the 2 zip files for fonts, thats it, nothing else, that aint worth nearly 1 gb, thats worth atleast 200 kb at best
i know im not the only one whose had this issue since this update was released
found the issue why the game wont play, if u have norton at least, r-click the norton icon in tray at bottom right corner of screen and disable ur firewall and autoprotect before extracting, norton will remove files as the game is being extracted, thus rendering the .exe unusable
Yeah that sounds safe. Are you really going to tell people to leave their computers wide open for attack? If your security tells you there is a problem then don't open it!
My virus protection software false-flags half the games I download. I just have to manually restore the .exe and everything works fine. No viruses either, just a "better safe than sorry" protection software I have to stop from being overzealous.
