I believe this is pretty freaking niche but if this hits all the spots of complex gaming mechanics, you'll enjoy yourself. Like compare to Tales of Androgyny it's 10 times more complicated but similar but without any classic animated sex scene. It's all written.
I don't think this is very good. It is too difficult to make progress and you have a significant chance of losing any progress you have made and I would say there is no pay off for anything you do.
