How do you expect to get all the "hard content" such as incest and bestiality when you are playing, making vanilla, harmless, soft choices as if you were playing a romantic vn such as "Being a Dick" ? If you want bestiality you need to be more "risky" and have more "risky", "lust" and "bestiality" points, if you don't have enough because you are making "good wife" choices and getting too many "faithful" and "loyal" points you won't get SHIT.
Is there any way to add the patch to the Android version I have always been trying to figure out how to add patches to the Android versions since I only have an Android compatible device
There is absolutely no new content on this release. Game just ends where the last release ended.
Of course that there is new content (just have a look at the images in game/images subfolder); if nothing new is showing up for you it's because you are not on the concerned characters paths: 6 (?) scenes were added for the date that you can have with a specific character.

You can simply check if that content is there by going into the game 'game' subfolder looking for a "Patch.rpa" file. If yes that content is there, and you can extract that rpa file to access the images with free tools like rpaExtract or UnRen.
