I found the English setting! Threw me a curve ball because the menu was in whatever language that is and I had to figure out where the preferences were then I could see the language settings.
After getting past the language barrier, I found I rather like this game. Nice romantic story.

Because the writing is total crap. The story, situations, dialogue, characters: All ABYSMALLY bad. And don't get me started on the comically inflated boobs (though I've seen worse). This is DUD!
