I haven't played the game, but I think the idea here is that the protagonist initially has no desire to be female. It isn't the developer claiming that women are bad. Some writers like to make their m2f protag excited about the change, while others make them vehemently opposed. I tend to prefer something in the middle; reticent but curious. I doubt this was a mission statement, so much as a description of the character's outlook.

I am not trying to hate on this game, but I do not understand why make a game that turns a guy into a girl? Why not just make a lesbian game to begin with. If you are trying to reach a lesbian audience then just make a lesbian game, if you are trying to reach a male audience then make a male protagonist game.

Yeah, no. If someone doesn't like the game for whatever reason, they can say whatever the fuck they want. Otherwise this place will turn into yet another echo-chamber where it becomes a race to the bottom.
