I know the question is from a year ago... but probably other might be interested.
In the folder where your game exe is, create a folder named www and in this folder you create a folder named save.
And your done.
If I'm right, this game is currently abandoned.
It was flash(?) which means the dev has to basically make the game again, from beginning to end, in a different coding language, with a different OS. (Java, Renpy, Unity, etc)
That takes a lot of time, depending on the size of the game, and the complexity of it.
(TiTS for example, has been working on doing so for over a year now, with a full team of developers.)
So he might not even bother doing so, and will instead just make a new game.
No need to speculate about why this is dead. The dev made a public post on his patreon 1.5 years ago with the details.
