Halloween with costume guys. But it mostly just costumes.
v0.996 added a Halloween event where all the girls dress up as video game characters, then their costumes and hairstyles are unlocked in their Wardrobes. You activate the event in Your Room, Special Options, Halloween Party [Evening Only]. Then v0.996b added new Threesome options.
