I've been looking around for an answer to this. I'm now thinking that the issue may be with manually editing variables in the save files, like using an online save editor to increase a character's friendship or lust level (trying to save some time.. some of us don't have unlimited hours to... well... fap).
I'm not sure, but I'm going to run through the game again and see if the issue re-occurs if I don't fiddle with the save files.
OK, so searching the internet like crazy, I found a mention that "UnityCrashHandler32.exe" being in the game directory can cause this issue. I've tried deleting it from the directory, but that hasn't seemed to help.. at least not for me. But it might be worth a try for other having this problem.
The animation problem has been fixed in version 2.0.1. It's available only to Patreons.. at least until somebody leaks it.
heh the game that got me into this site and addiction to VN,renpy and all....might give this "new" version another go
Is there the possibility to Block forever some routes?i played 2.0 but it seems there are fewer things than in 1.1
