Pretty sure the point he's making is its a porn game with a cartoony art style and one of the criticisms its recieving is "unrealistic proportions", frankly, its fine if the Art Style isnt to someones taste but insulting the artist along with criticising the art is just dumb to me in this case, its fuckin Porn, and 2D porn at that, Porn Games, Hentai and your average 3D Animated Porn generally arent known for their realistic proportions.
