you cant. here game was updated in october, but in december dev made fix for these 2 and lowered a bit of grind.
But lucky for us, dev did not compress file, so it's easy to fix. in game file find jogger.rpy and open in notepad. it should have normal txt. Search for "You've got a great ass" and go up to random function. there you'll find that it gets max 5, while that scene needs random at 6. Change it to random=6 and save. If game load, it should be okay and next time you'll get that scene.
to get franken, edit final file. Find final_hub. there you find option to climb to second floor, but it needs lusts over 69 hehe. I don't know how it calculates it, but seems it does not, cause it is 0 here. add after zl_dead line "$ stat_lusts=v_lust+z_lust+w_lust" in a similar way how zl_dead is to avoid issues(i duplicated zl_dead line and replaced text) and save. now you need to increase lust of girls(with additional actions, not just sex) and you should be able to unlock frankengirl.
can't. game here is from october, there was a fix in devember. Looks like android version here is fixed. If you want those scenes, fix files:

Good idea, but I'm not sure I'll ever recover from seeing the hag scene, but still enjoyable.
