The NTR and Prostitution is optional. Play like a cuck get treated like a cuck. The Corruption is done by the player towards their "Family" but there is also a Love route. If you actually play the game you'll see why; I'll assume you didn't and I'll just tell you. TLDR the MC becomes a vampire and unless he wants to see his family being treated like toys or blood bags for stronger vampires, he has to 'mark' them in some way. Doesn't have to turn them into his own sex toys, but he does have to protect them. Love route is basically consensual banging brought about by being a protector, corruption is making them his sex slaves. As for the sandbox, yeah that's shit. One star is just stupid though. Two stars seems about fair. Because optional NTR is still pathetic, sandbox is litterbox, and Femdom shit is just hilariously stupid. Violence though? You play as a vampire, it tracks.
