Yes... being a client at her dominatrix job is part of Mom romance path... outside of that, you need to read her sex book, tell her you're interested (at park), take her to opera (follow walkthrough for proper dialogue), then begin sexual relation. If you're new to the game, I highly recommend following walkthrough carefully... every choice matters, points really do matter. If successful, you will end up with full harem... about 12 girls total.
