Weird. If you've followed the walkthrough you should've found the Bella loan dialogue no problem: the game essentially forces you into it. Unfortunately I can't really help since it seems more of a gameplay thing on your end: just keep trying?
Animiations or just another slideshow?
Did another two runs (fast now as I can just skip most part), got a new relationship type for Bella, which comes with her friend, and also got another 2 women pregnant, Nia and Selena. I believe i unlock pretty much all outcomes possible, unless there is special relationships for Rachel and Liza. Feel free to ask.
It doesn't, actually. If on Day 4 you "Go to Susan" first, you won't go to Rachel to find out about Bella asking for money and will instead go directly to dinner. Bella remains hostile to you and you never have the chance to start a relationship with her, you only get a handful of events that include her, usually having to do with the other characters.
