Yes further in story you can take her on a date and talk about the accidental kiss if you admite you liked it and was fine with it etc. It opens up mrs smith route aswell.
Thats nice. Can you help me with another question i have, i been playing more but im not getting anywhere with other two characters, Rachel and Liza, is this a game where i can only choose two? or there's still some stuff to do after we move to belugio?
Speak to Rachel everytime you have the chance. One day you will ask her to go on a date. You will go see a movie and she will say she wants to be closer to you. Say you would like that and you will start sleeping with her soon after. The rest is easy, just continue to talk to her whenever you can and be nice to her.
There is a little walkthrough for Liza lower on this page, look for a comment from late january.
And yes, you can finish the game with almost every girl at the same time.
