You can finish the game with almost every girl at the same time. Only the sex shop blond girl (can't remember her name) and Valentina the singer can't be part of your harem. Although there is someone in a comment from january 11 saying he got an ending where he had a one night stand with Valentina who came on the Belugio island, no one else seems to be able to get this ending. So this is either a lie or a mistake.
Make the right choices and you end up with 16 women in your harem and at least 21 kids.
Just did a search through the game script using unrpyc and the only ending for Valentina is "{i}Sadly, Valentina Glorious didn't visit Belugio during the remainder of her career, so you never found yourself in her dressing room ever again." Feel free to do so yourself to verify.
