No, from what I understand you have 10 place, and the for the rest can you augment the number bed in you manor (it augment by 10). There is also luxurious rooms, but it's one by one.
That said, I didn't try the previous game has it seemed too focus on slavery and I don't that, but I give this one a try since it advertise itself as less focus on that and it's true that I didn't get this feeling so far, so I prefer this one by its thematic focus.

This one is in fact far less slave oriented than the previous game.
You can have each character as subordinate instead of slave.
And there is a romance system that allows to make things more progressive instead of just raping anyone.
