To get Ivy's new scenes click on the room behind the register at Pink twice when getting the package for Diane for the first then do the same thing when you go to get the clit-omatic for Jenny for the second. For Sara it unlocks when you get the sunscreen for Roxxy at the bikini contest
Yes, I read the changelog. But it doesn't give any specifics about what the new animation are or how to trigger them. Or what character was added. I'm just guessing around the map at this point.

2 animatins for ivy ( availabale during jenny and diane route)
1 scene for Sara (available in roxys route)
1 scene for Iwanka (beginning of her route I think)
How do you figure this game is overrated? Nice graphics, lots of humor, lots of sex, a good story, not too grindy, and you can go back to almost all of the characters to have sex with. I don't know what more you would want.
