considering that after milfy cities last update that actually reduced the total content of the game took a dwindling 6000 plus patreons to an insane nearly 30 thousand on icstor's patreon.... icstor is the scammer king. dark cookie is just some sad pretender too afraid to drop the updates quite as low as the scam genius icstor

Well, truth be told, they are right that we will never know how much or if any revenue is going into actually improving developer tools or assets. Or even that more money really means more time dedicated to the project. Not that we have the right to know, just simple facts of the Patreon business model.
Wish the guys that had this much money to blow on dark cookie monthly, would put their funds into something, with a bit more accountability and likelihood of ending up as a finished product, like an adult content friendly alternative of Kickstarter or something. (If that even exists)
But yes, inb4, we are just poor soy boys. Patreon sucks. At least some games eventually end up Steam with Season passes. Much rather deal with content droughts and support their efforts there.
