On the one hand, I disapprove of the NTR route even existing.

As I see it, there is 2 "clan" for NTR :
the submissive/sharing/weak mc who jerk off when seeing is girl with other.
the forced/unwanted witness kind that will get is revenge but is not in position to do shit at the moment...
The main difference in it is the obvious pleasure that the girl take. For the first, she clearly want it more than with mc, the second she is forced to it (blackmail-rapish kind of thing)
Depending of the writing the second can be quit satisfying.
