If you're worried about sex scenes then I can tell you that the latest update only has scenes with women (Alice, Liz, Ella, and a monster lady).
For any gay scenes you have to go looking. I think just Demi (if you pick male) and the prison bitch (if you don't make them female first) count.
There's also the shapeshifted female-form stuff. But that is avoidable too, and it would feel weird not to include stuff like that in a shape-shifting game.
The premise is made for weird shit.
From the tags you would certainly expect this to be a groomer game.
But the content actually fits naturally due to being a game where you play a shapeshifter. And most of the content is straight.
That said, the fact that this actually fits well makes it ironically far more effective at grooming. It is ironic, but I am pretty sure the author is not trying to groom anyone for once, which is why the game is good, which is why it is more effective at grooming.
