Improve grades by paying at school for study sessions and studying at home until they hit 100, then study at home three times a week to keep them topped up.
Improve your skills by either taking a class or convincing someone with the right personality type to train you.
Improve relationships by selecting the correct choices based on a character's personality.
Increase stats by spending influence to do the training three times per stat up to 5 in each stat.

Can anyone tell me how to recruit the black chick for the super hero club. I got the dude but I cant seem to land the chick.
You have to get her favor up high enough before you finish the existing plot line with her (IE where you follow her to see where she's going). If you finish the existing plot line with her before you get her favor high enough, you lose the chance to ever get her. Game is kind of rough like that.
There must be a glitch because I have her favor at 100. I have the confrontation with the homeless dude, then she wont talk to me anymore
I get a cutscene where he goes on a date with her and she runs off after the car, but after that it goes nowhere. she's at 100 favor

I did Study at college. It didnt help.
I also studied at home. It wasnt enough.
MC failed the exams. End of story.
If the grind were to be reduced to half the game would be amazing. This site should also make a tag named "Grindfest" to alert people.
