User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
Another reason why is that there are people who are against these VN games they're pushing themselves to stop these devs. As long as the "cancel culture" is around, we'll never see majority of these games finish. Most of the people who are part of it are spoil brats bitching every day for a new update as if development is easy.

Yeah, and how can you convince us if all of us pay just 1 euro the guy will not just leave and left the game abandoned? this happend a lot, and that's why nobody trust them anymore, there was a game called Mind Society, the render and animation where really good, but only updated once per year, ok, it's really good quality so we forgave the time, but now it's has been 3 years and nothing, how can you asure that something like that will not happend here?
If You start a new game, this will not happen. Old saves doesn't work 100% and You'll get stuck on the screwdriver sceene.
Aye, so many adult games and VNs are just a cash cow, or promise loads of erotic content only to have the vaguest hints of it after years of painfully slow updates.
I'm not very clued up on standard version naming conventions but some get 0.01 every couple of months. Which if a game or VN is extremely large and constantly getting worked on is fine.
I don't want to make too many assumptions without knowing personal circumstances for the devs, but some clearly are just longing them out for years of revenue through donation sites.
And yup I can think of several with rushed endings and abrupt ends to the content for some characters that were initially promised way more content.
The calling each other landlord and tenant is a distracting aspect of this game. Somehow the story loses it flow because I don't know anyone who talks like that. It would be better if the developer, would give the player, the option to define the relationship between the MC and the other characters.
