I really want to write a good review for this game. With that in mind, ....
While some aspects of the game (gay, some acts of forced sex, etc) can be turned off, the underlying message of " abuse her till she loves you" (on more than one female) is the basis of the game. This message that force and control is a normal part of a relationship lowers the otherwise good game into a excuse for domineering, manipulation, and force.

Mary being the mom -- first portrait on the banner, here; second screenshot. Tiffany, the redhead, is the sister, I'm quite sure -- fourth portrait on the banner. The text has obviously been put through a search-and-replace job. And a faulty one, somehow, as the name "Mary" often appears with errors. No incest tag and only a Patreon link (no SubStar), so, I presume it's not part of the content that can be opted-out in-game.
If you're really taking a fucking porn game's story at face value and judging it as a poor example of relationship dynamics, then... I really don't know what to tell you, bro. It's not that deep, it's just a porn fantasy.
