The first cheat code works and gives out the money but the load game and click on save doesn't work. There is no save to choose from so you cant start with new content?..... Don't know.
You can use JoiPlay which allows you to play the windows version of the game which is up to date, on android.
A little annoying that the old saves aren't recognized but it looks like a ton of new content was added so....
