Gay content is chooseable, but not mandatory.
There is content with a Femboy you may or may not participate in.
There is content with you getting sloppy seconds and content with you eating another mans cum, but again competely avoidable, if you dislike such content. As a rule of thumb: Don't allow public use for your girls and you are in the clear.
You have to progress in the main story to do so. The game will tell you, when you are supposed to progress with Erika. Until then Erikas options won't get you anywhere.
