Actually most gays go on some form of assistance after they catch HIV. Then everyone else is forced to pay the $1000 a month in medical costs their high risk behavior eventually brings.

The program even often pays for copays and cost-sharing for people living with H I V who do have other coverage. In fact, ADAP covers medications for roughly a quarter of all people living with H I V in the U.S. Medicaid covers about 40% of them, while Medicare covers about 28%.
25+40+28= 93% payed by all of us. Over 1 million homos have H I V in the United States.
That was one drug alone. There are many others along with other costs.
