The right way to make content for both straight and queer players is how Summertime Saga did it. In that game, you get asked if you're straight or bisexual. If you say you're straight, then you get no transqueer content. In order to get the transqueer content, you would have to say you like other men.
That is the right way. Straight people happy, queer people happy. No surprise gay trans scene grossing out straight people, the way Tales From The Unending Void does it.
It's not an option. You have to see that scene, no matter what you choose. Unless you read the writing on the wall and choose to quit and uninstall first.
Things do, in fact, turn gay, not matter what choices you make. The dev forces queer content on the player, and it doesn't take long to reach that point.
