I believe you CAN avoid seeing the transgender dick. All you need is to not romance them when you get the CHOICE. You'll never see both the Futa dick (Ziv) and the Trans dick (Raene). I'm currently playing this, all I see is MC's dick, no one else's. I CHOSE NOT to see other dicks.
