Androgyny is the definition of a men with many femenines characteristics that make him look like a women, but without lose part of his masculines traits, and vice versa, so, with that in mind, the game cleary tell you that this is a guy with a very femenine look

The unfortunate soul with this condition, can have either sex' characteristics being predominant.
Amusing fact, most of the time, neither sexes work for androgynous people. They're usually sterile. Many are also unable to orgasm.
Then using any brain power you had left to type this dumbass response, you could've simply not clicked on the game?
