Been awhile since I tried this game. But last I checked there was no gay content. And the closest thing to trans was a spell that temporarily makes the female protag a futa. So that you can have scenes with the girls while playing female.
Last I checked the gameplay kinda sucked, but hopefully that's changed.

It's not even true. At the start of the game, you choose between male and female protag. The dev wanted to reuse the male route sex scenes, so he added a spell that gives the female mc a dick during those scenes. It's basically a flesh strap on.
