If IRL you're not into NTR or other kinks, you'll have a harder time to accept it in a porn game than in a porn video. That's not weird at all, and there's a good reason for that. It's because in games, even in VN where you don't do much, only sometimes choose what to do or say, you are more or less in control of the MC. So you kind of identify yourself more easily to the MC and the events that are happening than when you only watch a movie/tv show/anime.
