That's the major interest of this game !
It's bad enough that the game is a repetitive grind that often gives you no clues about what to do next, but what really kills the experience is the bugs. You're theoretically able to toggle the more offensive fetishes, but turning them off doesn't seem to do anything. Your second hunt will involve necrophilia, gallons of piss and live maggots, whether you like it or not (and I know I didn't). Even if that doesn't bother you, the scene replay doesn't work properly. Some options will stay (pt1)
(pt2) inert, even though you've already unlocked the relevant scene. Others are duplicates or 'replay' scenes you've never seen before. This is supposedly the final release, so don't expect these bugs to ever get fixed. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this one.
Some music will be nice. just gets too quiet sometimes.
