RTP = Run Time Pack
It's the engine that runs the game and the default graphics that come built in. By keeping it separate, they cut down on the size of the downloads and keep you from having to DL the same data over and over for every game using the system.
Does it work on joiplay?
This game has such a long history but still 0.54.2? And i have no doubt there is lots of content available.
