its been cancelled dev is making a different game now

There is one way to encourage dev to finish a game properly, so they don't think about moving on to another game, before there current on has been completed, is for those who are actual supporting the dev, to leave, stop supporting them if they do, do this.
Here's an idea, even worse, is for patreon to hold onto a small about of there money until they do complete there current game and only then, released after a vote from there supporters.

A patreon contract maybe, something like.
1. they have to finish the game, and that they get only payed for certain milestones.
2. fail to finish the game you have to give a full refund, even the milestone money you where given.
3. if an illness/unfortunate event happens, that requires you to stop making the game you can ask for a moment of pause, up to max 3 month
4. if it is an attempt at fraud (cash grab). 1.perma ban from patreon 2. charges will be filed for fraud.
just a thought.

the dev never made more than about $200 a month, despite releasing monthly updates for nearly a year, how many hours work do you think it took to produce? to buy assets etc? wonder why they quit working on something if they are making barely any money and not enjoying it as the dev stated on his patreon? you're not talking melody suddenly quitting when its on $10,000 a month, you're talking about 1 guy stopping development of his $200 project after releasing hundreds of renders and hours of game

Enjoyed playing this game. Hope there will be more updates soon.

Unfortunatelly the dev have canceled this game to make a new one that he probably also will abandoned soon. I'm starting to suspect that "White Phantom Games" is "3Diddly"!

Really wanted to like this game because a lot of effort went into it but it's progressive writing and tedious amounts of combat finally wore me down.

maybe some one else will want to pick it back up
