And huh, year, there is this game called Healslut, with a quite similar starting point. Not saying it's a clone. I honestly don't know. Still not sure I want to try this one yet.
healslut was created a couple years(like a solid 3 years btw) after this one. However, this one updates much slower

Quest are the most annoying part on this game
Need to make a male MC and have that female char a love interest.
Not interested in roleplaying Futa / trans. But the dev sure can make pics and female characters well
