User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
You have to delete folder TheTyrant:
C:UsersUsenameAppDataRoamingRenPyTheTyrant...
Go to your appdata folder, users -> .... -> appdata -> roaming -> renpy. Then delete the tyrant
If you're on pc, hold down the windows button and press R, or search for run. Then type %appdata% and scroll down to RenPy. In that folder you search for the name of the game and then delete it.
C:Users"user or Account"AppDataRoamingRenPyTheTyrant
c:users[username]appdataroamingrenpythetyrant - it may be followed by some numbers. If you want a clean install, delete this directory and install the game afterwards

Are You Android user? If it is, then go to Android settings look for the data and search for the tyrant folder save game. There you are..
If you are playing on the pc, place the mouse over the saved files and press the delete button on your keyboard.
