if i'm right u need to knock the guys out and shoot his mom and then find the key because if u direct sneak and get key i get game over. if u past that u just need to find barn with lock and unlock it with that keys. after that u directly go to hospital because u fainted out.
if i'm right this event lead to three path. One path u lost your sister, other u get back after knock him out and last he kidnapped u and your sister and u need to get away from his place.
The MC and his boyfriend are stupid little assholes who don't deserve whatever the game may offer.
