yeah, it also happens with another actions, not sure if the file is missing something or the game developer fucked something up on this update, I don't blame him, could happen to anyone, just waiting for a fix

I think I might have fixed it. Go to www/img/pictures. Copy Custom1_1.rpgmvp, paste it in www/img/faces and rename it to Custom1.rpgmvp. It worked for me. Hope it helps.
