I know what people are thinking "urgh RPGM". But hold up, this is honestly one of the best games on this site. There is absolutely zero of that turn based combat bullshit, the game uses RPGM solely for navigation and fun little puzzles.
The women are hot and one personal bonus I find is that they don't have those retardedly huge boobs that most milf games seem to have. Trust me this game is worth it.
Sadly not, all girls are pretty much fuckable on the latest release except Vera the dark elf and the Orc Lady (and technically the Flower shop lady but she aint got dialogue anyway). There's still post-game stuff to be patched in so hopefully Vera and the Orc are added.
