since last update, when loading previous save file, i can no longer collect artifacts. i thought i would get lucky and the issue would go away with this new update but the problem persists. Any suggestions? starting over would really suck at this point.

WTF man... Android file not working showing error.. Cannot download from Mega for PC version bcoz it's showing u need paid version of mega.. and mirror site fir pc is worst totally shit n non resumable.. WTF is wrong with u.. atleast provide with one link with decent speed..
