No! You won't be able to, you have to play all the way again every update. That's why I recommend playing only when the final version rolls out. The last I played was v0.16012 and then never looked back. Have patience, the final update is only a few (4-5 months lol) months away

This dev is probably the best one when it comes to adult games, his work is consistent, he doesn't abandon his games, he doesn't lie, he provides a fixed time and date fir each of his release.
